Day 1: Chairlift to Col de l'Aiguille 2600m
Descend to the Vallon du Clou, then climb to the Col du Rocher Blanc (2835m) to reach the Mario Bezzi refuge (2400m).
- Difference in altitude : 850m D- and 600m D+.
- Distance : 8.5 km
Day 2: Bassac Dere pass and Benevoloe hut
Climb to the Col de Bassac (3082m) and descend to the refuge (2200m).
- Difference in altitude : 650mD+ and 850mD-
- Distance : 8 km
Day 3: Ascent to Col di Nivoletta, Col de la Vache and return to Val d'Isère
Ascent of the Col de la Nivoletta, descent to Lac Serru, ascent of the Col de la Vache and descent to Val d'Isère (Fornet) via the Prariond valley.
- Difference in altitude : 1550m D+ and 2100m D-
- Distance : 18 km
